We are Hiring Back Office / Admin Assistant for a well Known Pharmaceutical company based in Ahmedabad.

Designation: Back Office / Admin Assistant

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

Graduate in any field (BSC ,B.com,M.com ,BBA,MBA,BCA,MCA,BA,MA)

Skills

With Good Computer knowledge of MS Excel.
Good Communication Skill in English and Hindi, Gujarati.
Impressive personality.
Should be Eager to learn new thing.
Should be a pro active person with good Inter-personal skill.

Job Description:

1) Operate our billing software to make bills , Performa invoice

2) Enter L.R.Details on software & file the same.

3) Make payment receipt entries on software & maintain written records.

4) Co-ordinate with dispatch team/ godown for ensuring timely dispatches.

5) Generated various MIS report from software .

6 )Maintain various files at HO like sales invoice file / Debit- Notes file / Credit Notes file etc.
7 )Other Admin Works

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
