As part of the Flight Physics Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable aviation.
Flight Physics Mission:
Flight Physics is responsible for delivering optimized overall aircraft solutions through world-class Flight Physics solutions. We are at the forefront of Airbus aircraft architecture and integration, driving innovation and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assigned activities on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- – Demonstrate and implement digital skills and emerging technologies to enhance existing work processes.
- – Promote and embody Airbus values and culture in daily work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze aerodynamics shapes.
- – Utilize CFD, wind tunnel testing, and flight testing to determine aerodynamics characteristics of designs.
- – Validate numerical results.
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of aerodynamics solutions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
- – 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- – Strong background in CAD.
- – Proficiency in CFD.
- – Basic programming skills in Python/Matlab.
- – Overall understanding of data analytics and machine learning.
- – Excellent problem-solving skills.
- – Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- – High level of autonomy and creativity.
- – Motivated and self-driven.
- – Good communication skills.
- – Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- – Advanced level of English proficiency.
