Job Description:
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing office administration at the zonal office locations in the eastern region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, such as Shops & Establishment, CLRA, etc. Liaise with government departments as necessary.
2. Indirect Purchasing: Coordinate indirect purchasing activities for the zonal offices.
3. Office Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure general hygiene and upkeep of offices. Coordinate renovation activities with corporate departments.
4. Travel Management: Support zonal office associates and visiting managers with hotel and taxi arrangements according to defined policies. Organize local events and seminars as required.
5. Fixed Asset Management: Procure and maintain all office assets, including maintenance contracts and disposal of old assets.
6. HSE Management and Coordination: Conduct periodic safety checks and mock drills in coordination with the corporate safety team.
7. Site Security Management: Establish site security protocols and ensure the safety and security of Bosch associates at work.
8. Canteen Services Management: Oversee the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the canteen at the zonal office.
9. VIP Protocol Activities: Provide support to corporate departments during senior management visits to the zonal office. Assist with events and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduates in any discipline.
- – 5-6 years of experience in handling office administrative activities or similar coordination roles.
- – Hands-on experience in office management and employee engagement.
Additional Information:
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
