Technical Support:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as necessary.
System Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT manager.
Help manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Network Support:
Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support network security measures.
Documentation and Training:
Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support activities.
Create and update user guides and technical documentation.
Assist in training staff on the use of IT systems and software.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Freshers can apply.
Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with common software applications and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools.
