Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Utilize various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling, to generate high-quality leads.
Lead Qualification:
Engage with prospects to understand their unique needs and qualify them as potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions in our CRM system.
Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate DDM Media Solution’s value proposition to potential clients.
Schedule appointments and calls for the sales team based on qualified leads.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
