Overview:
BearTech is seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Support & Installation Executive to join our team, specializing in GPS Tracking Devices, Biometric Attendance Systems, and CCTV Cameras. As a Technical Support & Installation Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, conducting on-site installations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients for GPS tracking devices, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV cameras via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Conduct on-site visits for installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware components.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Document and track customer issues and resolutions using CRM systems.
Communicate technical information and instructions to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Stay updated on product features, technical documentation, and industry trends.
Participate in product training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in technical support and customer service roles, preferably in the field of GPS tracking devices, biometric attendance systems, or CCTV cameras.
Strong knowledge of computer operations, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for on-site visits and fieldwork.
Proficiency in Excel and PDF.
Benefits:
30 days of comprehensive training with a fixed pay of 5000/-.
3-month probation period with a fixed salary of 12500/-.
Patrol and travel expenses reimbursed at actuals.
4% sales incentive on selling to existing clients.
