We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the college or have inquired about admissions.
Provide detailed information about the college’s programs, courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
Answer incoming calls from prospective students, address their queries, and guide them through the admission process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, inquiries, and interactions with prospective students in the online system.
Identify and assess students’ interests, needs, and eligibility for admission based on predetermined criteria.
Follow up with prospective students through regular phone calls, emails, or SMS to provide additional information and encourage them to complete the application process.
Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, events, and counseling sessions for prospective students.
Achieve individual and team targets for student recruitment and enrollment.
Stay updated on college programs, admissions policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospective students.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
