Associate technical support Engineer
Position Summary
The Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) is responsible for providing entry-level technical assistance to end-users, resolving basic hardware and software issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. This role involves diagnosing problems, guiding users through simple solutions, and escalating more complex issues to senior support staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software applications, and network concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle technical issues with patience and empathy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA , Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent are a plus but not required.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service role, such as internships or part-time jobs, is beneficial
Note : This is a rotational shift, The candidate should be willing to work in the night shift

Pay: ₹150,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
