Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the IT sector. As a fresher in this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying and developing business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a desire to kickstart their career in business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting IT products and services.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide insightful recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE : 0-6 MONTHS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients effectively.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of IT concepts, software solutions, and technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
