Duties & Responsibilities:
Checking Contractors Bill for RCC & Finishing Work.
On-Site Quantity checking as per drawings.
Preparation and Checking of Bar Bending Schedule.
Quantity Take off for RCC & Finishing items.
Reconciliation of Reinforcement, Concrete, Coupler & various Finishing items.
Coordination with contractors.
Documentation of billing records.
Desired Skills & Traits:
AUTO CAD
MS Office (Experience in Excel must)
Sound computer knowledge
Educational Qualifications:
B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
Prior work experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in a related industry (specifically Real
Estate/Construction industry.)
