Position: Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis to understand business needs and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Assist in the design and implementation of business processes and systems
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements for Fresher:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Requirements for Experienced Candidate:
1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Salary:
Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 per month
