We are a Silicon Valley based residential real estate brokerage company. We are looking for a business analyst to join our team.

Job Summary
As part of our operations team currently based in Kerala, the business analyst will work on various functional areas including researching residential real estate properties in California, assist with marketing / digital marketing initiatives, communicating with our clients and help run the business operations of the company. This position will be an integral part of the business development, operations and client experience for the company.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a quick learner, have excellent analytical skills, and well-versed with computers. A good academic background and/or professional track record would be highly desirable.

Those who live in Kerala may be given preference. The position will be 100% remote. There may be a 3 to 6 month probation period.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an operations lead, ensure the transactions are compliant with the laws and regulations in California and Oklahoma, and documentation per company policies is strictly adhered to.
Project Manage real estate transactions, construction projects and marketing initiatives working with different stakeholders.
Prepare and execute legal contracts using the tools provided.
Working during business hours in California (Pacific Standard Time) is expected Monday through Friday. Participation in the on-call rotation schedule is expected.

REQUIRED Experience and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English needed. Bachelors degree required, preferably in Science, Business, Management, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics. A recent MBA or a related masters degree will be a huge plus. While freshers may be considered, those with work experience in any field and those who are based in Kerala will be given preference since the rest of the team is in Kerala.

Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Familiarity with MacOS and/or Windows, Google Docs, MS Word and Excel, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to adapt and learn fast, and willingness to experiment and research could make you successful in this position. Web Development / SEO / Digital Marketing experience will be a huge plus.
