Position Title: Data Analyst and Tester
Department: Product Development and Customer Success
Location: Durga Nursury Road, Udaipur
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a dual role involving the analysis of customer accounts, monitoring of account activities, product testing, and the creation of help articles about our software products. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and that our customers have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Analyze customer account data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure proper usage and to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
Generate regular reports on customer account status and performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve product features and customer satisfaction.
Product Testing:
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software products.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes.
Help Article Creation:
Create comprehensive and user-friendly help articles, tutorials, and FAQs to assist customers in using our software products effectively.
Update and maintain the help documentation to reflect new features and changes in the product.
Collaborate with product managers and customer support to understand common customer issues and create relevant content to address them.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the customer success team to understand customer needs and feedback.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure customer insights and testing results are integrated into product improvements.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss project status, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
6 months+ of experience in data analysis, software testing, or a related role.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create clear and concise help articles and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the software or tech industry.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
