Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned QA fresher/Trainee with a strong focus on manual testing to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our web, mobile, and desktop applications. The individual will work closely with the senior QA members, product managers and development teams to understand product requirements and test cases to ensure that it effectively meet customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare test data
Perform test execution.
Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by the senior team members.
Learn and utilize quality assurance tools and software to conduct testing.
Contribute as an integral member of an agile team.
Plan testing activities according to the sprint schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in quality assurance.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools and software is a plus.
