Job Title : FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based Hotels (Onsite Position)
–>Job Duties and Responsibilities
– check in/check out.
– Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.
– Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
– Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.
– Deal with queries and provide correct information
– Take reservations
– Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations
– Handle and resolve guest complaints
– Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest’s reservation, hotel amenities, driving
directions, area information, billing questions, etc.
-Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
–>Qualifications
– High school diploma
– knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
– knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
– knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Be able to work overnight

Available shifts: (7:30AM -3:30PM, 3:30PM – 11:30PM & 11:30PM – 7:30AM)
(6 days working a week, rotational week off)

Location : Surat
Salary : 15,000-25,000
Freshers are can apply.
Salary is no bar for right candidate
