Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development using Java and related technologies, as well as a passion for teaching and mentoring. This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to students, professionals, and corporate clients, helping them to develop and enhance their skills in Full Stack Java development.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials covering Full Stack Java development.
Create engaging and effective training modules, including lectures, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments.
Instruction and Facilitation:
Deliver high-quality training sessions, both in-person and online, to a diverse audience of learners.
Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Mentorship and Support:
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
Offer constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments to guide learners’ progress.
Industry-Relevant Training:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in Full Stack Java development.
Incorporate real-world scenarios and practical applications into training sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and administer assessments to measure learners’ understanding and proficiency in Full Stack Java development.
Evaluate learners’ performance and provide detailed feedback to help them improve.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other trainers, instructional designers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the training programs.
Communicate effectively with learners, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Java, Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate), front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue.js), and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
Share practical tips and best practices for full stack development, including version control (Git), API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
Previous experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or mentor is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
