JOB BRIEF
Support Executive’s duties include addressing and resolving technical issues raised by the clients and improving IT systems with customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
· Provide technical assistance to customer with computer software
· Resolve issues for customer via phone, in person, or electronically
· Log bugs and enhancement requests
· Perform software installations, configurations and updates as needed
· Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
· Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
· Target 100% customer satisfaction to solve their issues or query on immediate basis.
EDUCATION
· Minimum Education :- Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Diploma in IT field/related area.
EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum Experience :- 0-1 Years in IT Company

Excellent customer service skills.
