Role Overview: Aseum Infotechs is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering IT solutions for the travel and education sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience managing teams and projects in these industries.
Responsibilities:
Ø Manage a team of 12 to 20 employees to deliver IT solutions for clients in the travel and education sectors.
Ø Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Ø Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Ø Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Ø Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Ø 3 to 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the travel and education industries.
Ø Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ø Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ø Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
