Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Management Information Systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves data management, reporting, system support, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all data. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT and data management, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Reporting:
Collect, process, and analyze data to generate reports for management.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the MIS.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
Provide timely and accurate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
System Maintenance and Support:
Ensure the MIS is running efficiently and securely.
Perform regular system updates and backups.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the MIS.
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
Database Management:
Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Optimize database performance and conduct regular checks for any discrepancies.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
User Training and Support:
Train staff on using the MIS effectively.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to users.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Implement best practices for data management and system usage.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MIS and IT.


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in MIS, IT support, or a related field.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and other reporting tools.
Familiarity with real estate management software and CRM systems.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
