Skills
Bachelor in any field with 6 months to 1 year expirence.
Computer skills across MS Office. Preferably in MS Excel and Word.
Some basic experience in accounting is desirable, but we can provide training.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Presents well to meet customers with excellent communication skills.
Good timekeeping, reliable and committed.
Highly organized and keen to learn
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· General office administration tasks like accounts receivable follow-ups, billing and quotations, email correspondence, office bill payments, coordination with our business partners like CA, etc.
· Updating data on google drive, backup of data to be taken on local drive weekly.
· Updating all office Google sheets regularly.
· Compliance reminders to management.
· Follow up with clients on calls and emails to ensure timely collection of payments.
· Preparation of sales quotations, letters, and other administrative documents.
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
