Job Description:
We are looking for a talented PHP WordPress & CodeIgniter Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites and applications, as well as enhancing and customizing existing WordPress themes and plugins. In addition, you will work on CodeIgniter projects, developing robust web applications following industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Customize and enhance existing WordPress themes and plugins based on client requirements.
Work on CodeIgniter projects, developing web applications from scratch.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in WordPress and CodeIgniter applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in PHP development.
Proficient in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter (CI) framework.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Good understanding of responsive design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel.
Knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.
