Responsibilities-
1. Handle outbound cases professionally and efficiently, addressing customer queries and concerns regarding products or services.
2. Provide effective and excellent customer service, understanding and listening to the customers needs and resolving issues in the timely manner.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ensure adherence to quality standards and call protocols during interaction with customers.
5. Maintaining records of customer interactions and feedbacks.
6. Must be clear with the product/service knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Generate leads and work with a proactive approach.
8. Follow company’s guidelines and should maintain data confidentiality and security.
Requirements –
1. Open availability for two shifts-
5am – 2pm (Australian shift)
2pm – 11pm (UK shift)
Monday to Friday ( Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
2. Educational qualification – (10+2) or graduate
3. Excellent command of English with strong verbal communication skills.
4. Basic computer proficiency.
5. Quick problem solving skills.
6. Freshers and candidates up to 1 year of experience are eligible to apply.
7. Prior experience in a BPO or a customer service role will be an added advantage.
