Job Description:
As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and building mobile applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Implement and maintain a smooth continuous integration and delivery pipeline for React Native applications
Optimize applications for maximum performance, quality, and responsiveness
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in React Native development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with ES6+ syntax
Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking
Knowledge of modern mobile development tools and libraries (e.g., Jest, Detox)
Experience with code versioning tools such as Git
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
