Social Media Content Creator cum Customer Service Executive
Skill set required:
1. Must be a graduate with good communication skills.
2. Must know how to handle clients over call (Languages- English, Bengali, Hindi)
3. Must be equipped with basic computer knowledge.
4. Must know how to formulate strategy to generate leads.
5. Must have good vocal in the mentioned languages.
6. Should be able to generate lucrative ideas for creative contents that’s attention worthy.
7. Must show confidence in front of camera.
Note: Primary role will be Customer Service over telephonic system, Social Media Content creation such as reels, shorts & informative videos will be done 2 to 3 days in a week. Equipment & assistance will be provided throughout the process. Overall training period consists a Maximum of seven working days.
Salary will depend totally on the quality of interview. Freshers are welcome as well.
