GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Baroda. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Field Sales Executives (FSE) and DSA (Direct Selling Agents) channels to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.
– Set sales targets and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
– Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
– Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
– Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
– Prepare and submit reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the sales or telecommunications industry or related field.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
