Required Skills & Qualifications,
Act as the initial point of contact for all software related concerns from clients.
Organize and file documentation pertaining to expiry and instructional guides for software.
Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates.etc
Attend call of clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose software problems.
Resolve technical live issues related to clients on daily basis.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
Industry-specific certification in relevant software may add advantage.
Professional and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with clients.
Experience working on Windows – operating system. includes Ms Excel and Ms Word.
Ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
Knowledge in SQL Serve and IIS Serve
