We are currently seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Telecalling Executives. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in contacting prospective students and enrolling them in our courses.
Freshers Are preferred
Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students via telephone to promote CODERZON’s courses and programs.
Explain course offerings, benefits, and features to potential students in a clear and compelling manner.
Address any questions or concerns raised by prospective students regarding course content, schedules, fees, etc.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student inquiries using our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to maximize enrollment.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to students and create a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements:
Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking voice.
Ability to engage with prospective students effectively and build rapport over the phone.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided if necessary).
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
