**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller ( female) to join our team. You will be responsible for making calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products, and providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Make outbound calls to introduce and promote our products.
– Answer inbound calls and provide information about our products.
– Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
– Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
– Stay updated on product details and industry trends.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
– Bachelor degree
– Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
