Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a provided leads.
Introduce products or services to customers and explain their features and benefits.
Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
Answer customer questions and address concerns or objections effectively.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume targets or quotas.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales goals and targets.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred but not required.
Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection or objections gracefully.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
