Roles and Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Agent to join our team, responsible for overseeing critical business support functions and ensuring commercial Operations run smoothly. The sales agent will be responsible for material stock analysis, pricing, negotiating and selling aircraft parts to the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day execution of the sales function.
Analyze market and delivery conditions to advise business managers on sales strategies.
Perform product analysis based on market condition for sales opportunities.
Perform buyer risk assessments.
Participate in cross-functional teams for problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Enhance sales process and system robustness by proposing, implementing, and standardizing best practices.
Promote knowledge sharing including lessons learned, best practice, and other benchmarking.
Develop sales strategies, partner with buyers/suppliers/distributors and negotiate discounts.
Skills Required:
- Minimum five (2-5) years of sales experience is required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have experience with CFM engines product line.
