Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .NET Architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: – Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. – Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. – Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. – Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in .NET Architecture, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in .NET Architecture. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. – Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. – Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET Architecture. – The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. – This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
