Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Microsoft Azure IaaS. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as software detectives to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: – Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Azure IaaS. – Ensure system availability and performance by monitoring system health, identifying and addressing issues proactively. – Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. – Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. – Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles. – Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. – Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. – Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor or Log Analytics. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. – The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. – This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
