Job Description:
Play a crucial role in our organization by being part of the ANZ – Public Sector Presales team and ensuring the seamless delivery of our solutions to clients
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the presales activities by working closely with the internal and external stakeholders and support the team with bid management activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop effective strategies to meet their needs.
- Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to the team during the sales process, including solution design, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Develop and drive deal execution starting from RFP qualification till submission.
- Strong project management and time management skills to meet the RFP submission schedule with stakeholders.
- Drive Legal and enterprise risk assessment and compliance requirements as per Wipro policy.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s IT services offerings, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
- Define strategy for deal structuring, create win themes and identify relevant artefacts to support in winning the deal.
- Create and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other sales-related documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) working in a presales role within the IT services industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong technical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of IT solution services
- Should possess at least one strong technical understanding in Cloud, enterprise application, data and analytics or web based applications
