- Executing sales strategies in line with Marketing plans to meet the sales targets of the assigned cluster.
- Referral and neighbourhood field activities like Mapping residential associations, apartments, and community associations, & planning awareness activities for brand building and business generation.
- Assessing competition presence in cluster and planning for presence of company owned centres strategically.
- Explore tie ups with corporates in the cluster to offer diagnostic services for their employees.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales teams.
- Work in tandem with Marketing to ensure proper feedback of Impact of Marketing activities and aid in design of future marketing plans.
- Delivering month-on-month sales targets as per plan.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of experience in sales management.
- Must have at least 3yrs. diagnostic experience with significant B2C business driving contribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams for achieving stretch goals.
- Spotting potential B2C sales opportunities and working closely with Marketing to organize consumer facing activities.
