Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Hyderabad. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills Web Analytics and Online Marketing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Digital marketing certification(s) and experience with Google Analytics are a plus Experience in the technology industry is a plus We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Innoit Labs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Should Able to use ai tools for content creation or manual. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to optimize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings. Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages for performance, user experience, and lead generation. Oversee social media channels and content calendars, including creating, curating, and publishing engaging content to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
