high numberof recent businessacquisitions,theteam grewto 25 membersin 2022 in Phase 2.

teamoperatingin a fast growthGlobalFinancialServicesorganisation.
Inthis 3rd phase,there are a few openingsat all levels (Associate,Senior Associate,Assistant Vice
President and Vice President).
The GlobalFP&Ateamis functionally structured withGroupReporting(whichincludessynergy
reportingas well), RevenuePartnering,PeopleCost Partneringand ExpensePartnering(all
expensesexcept PeopleCost) as themain pillars. Recently wehavealso introduced and working
towardssettingup a RegionalPartnership Team. The EntireTeam and each Pillar is led by
extremely knowledgeable,experienced, dedicated, and professionalleaders. Withorganisational
growththereis a need to expand theexisting FP&Ateamby creatinga GlobalServicecentre
(GSC) whichwill help enhancethe overallfunctionality oftheFP&Aprofile.
