About the Role

The person in this role will work directly with the Human Resources Manager, the Technical Lead and the CEO – you will also interact with all the employees across departments on a daily basis! We are looking for someone who is curious, enthusiastic and organized.

As an HR & Admin Intern, you will…

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Learn to create onboarding plans for new employees including creating offer letters, onboarding meetings, introductions, and planning probation reviews
Provide support in creating and maintaining official documents, editing processes, and organizing files and folders
Provide support in organizing and scheduling performance management review cycles and internal or external trainings
Plan and coordinate events such as birthday celebrations, Diwali parties etc.
Check data backup on a weekly basis, monitor all housekeeping activities, coordinate with relevant stakeholders for IT tasks and monitor safety-related activities
Provide support by creating reports and presentations
Research existing as well as new concepts to be applied to the HR practices and overall culture at the organization
Suggest cultural initiatives with the organization and all the employees in mind

The skills and experience required are…

A relevant degree such Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Psychology or similar
Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
Computer skills for platforms included in GSuite and Microsoft Office

Things that are nice to have…

An MBA in HR or Masters in Industrial/Business Psychology
Experience in Recruitment or HR roles with an understanding of HR processes
Comfortably giving presentations in front of a team
Prior exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment or while leading teams in college
