Senior Manager/Manager SEO
Job Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, drive website traffic and organic enquiries for the different B2B & B2C business verticals of KC Overseas Education, Elan Overseas Education Loans and Franchise Business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize advanced keyword research tools and data analysis techniques to identify high-value keywords to drive more organic traffic and leads.
– Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to create targeted content strategies.
– Implement on-page SEO tactics, featured snippets including schema markup, rich snippets, and structured data, to improve search engine visibility.
– Execute comprehensive off-page SEO campaigns, employing advanced link-building strategies and digital PR to acquire quality backlinks.
– Conduct regular SEO audits and performance reviews, identifying optimization opportunities and improving website content & performance.
– Work collaboratively with business units to align SEO strategies with lead generation objectives and develop customized content strategies.
– Collaborate closely with internal and external content and design teams to deliver high quality content and in various formats like News, Blogs, E-books, Guides etc
– Create local, national and international SEO strategies to drive relevant traffic to the website.
– Implement advanced analytics tracking and reporting frameworks using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and SEMrush.
– Ensure that existing content is up-to-date and help create new content that adheres to SEO guidelines.
– Drive content distribution strategies through social media marketing, content syndication platforms, and influencer marketing channels.
– Collaborate closely with software development teams to optimize website performance for mobile devices, resolve website technical issues, improve site loading speed & improve user experience.
– Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
– Align SEO and content strategies with sales and marketing teams to drive synergies and maximize ROI.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Master degree in Marketing, Communications or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
– Minimum 10 years of experience in SEO or content marketing roles.
– Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
– Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
– Must have in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
– Should have very good knowledge of Content Marketing.
– Good to have knowledge & experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Programmatic SEO, Technical SEO
– Excellent written communication & problem-solving skills.
– Passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketing.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
