- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role:
The role is responsible to manage all aspects of C&DS operations – operational efficiency, infrastructure, personnel, ensure efficient running of all sections and oversee deliverables. The successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to manage a diverse informatics projects and foster a spirit of collaboration across teams.
Role Accountabilities
- Oversee C&DS operations to ensure quality and delivery, on time and within budget.
- Work with solution and technical heads for optimal running of RI projects, engage with Syngene OU and enabling function leaders to coordinate cross-functional collaborations.
- Resource planning, create and manage RI resource matrix, identify and fill gaps, allocate resources across projects, oversee training and development for the OU.
- Support strategic planning, developing new initiatives with the OU head and drive implementation as per plan.
- Monitor projects, milestones, deliverables and analyze performance to optimize delivery processes.

Experience
- 6-9 years
Functional / Technical skills:
- Familiarity across the breadth of computational sciences and research informatics –
- Ability to manage informatics projects in an agile environment
- Experience in requirement gathering, scoping and stakeholder interaction
Education
- Ph.D
