Job Description & Summary We are looking for Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant experienced in the full-cycle of Oracle Cloud implementation with a very strong technical skill set in creating Integrations and extensions as per client requirements Role will require experience and capability in design, development, configuration, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and supporting testing milestones.
This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer reference ability.
Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.
Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
Years of Experience: 6 – 10 Years
Position Requirements:
The candidate is expected to work with the Offshore / US project team / client on engagements focussed on Oracle EBS / Cloud application.
Understand customer business processes / functional Specification and be able to prepare technical design.
Provide Technical support for Oracle Cloud integration, data conversion and reports.
Develop and unit test technical components as per PwC standards.
Participate in automation and digital transformation activities within or outside the client projects.
Desired Knowledge:
The candidate is expected to have:
Good knowledge of modules and processes around Oracle Finance/SCM application.
End to end implementation experience in oracle cloud / ERP applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
Experience in working with client / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.
Knowledge on emerging technologies like ( RPA, IoT, Blockchain)
Must have skills:
Candidate should possess strong knowledge in below 3 or more areas:
SQL and Pl/SQL
Data migration using FBDI
Oracle SaaS BI / OTBI / FR reports
Cloud Integration ( ICS / OIC)
Oracle VBCS / APEX
Good to have skills:
Knowledge on emerging technologies like ( RPA, IoT, Blockchain)
