Job Title: Political Campaign Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to lead and coordinate various aspects of political campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including party leaders and the general public, to strategize and execute impactful campaigns. No of roles: 10 Responsibilities : – Analyze constituent data to gain insights into target demographics. – Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to gauge the political landscape across demographics, regions, and legislative areas. – Foster relationships with political stakeholders, including party leadership, officials, and grassroots workers, to assist, implement central campaign strategies, and establish on-the-ground networks. – Develop, plan, and execute high-impact on-the-ground campaigns, including drafting detailed work plans for seamless implementation in coordination with internal and external partners. – Coordinate with various internal teams such as digital media, data analytics, strategic research, and operations, to align efforts and achieve campaign objectives. Preferred Qualifications: – Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent from reputable institutions. – Preffered 2 years of experience in similar role. – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. – Strong verbal and written communication skills – Proficiency in MS Office for creating presentations, plans, and monitoring reports. – Fluency in spoken and written Telugu. – Strong interpersonal skills with experience in engaging various stakeholders. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating data into actionable strategies. – Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
