As a Process & Key Account Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will manage key relationships between Global Business Services (GBS) and Affiliates of BAGCEB and BASEE regions, bring attention to key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements to enhance KPI performance. You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide insights at regular intervals to relevant Finance Directors and other leaders for management oversight.
  • Promote new applications of GBS, communicate GBS initiatives, run satisfaction surveys, and manage escalations.
  • Manage common BAGCEB issue logs and work on improving operational performance in areas such as vendor payments, open items clearing, failed payment analysis, and more.
  • Deliver on the Process Excellence strategy as part of the larger vision of the Digital & Process Excellence (DPX) function of Finance GBS.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, including process re-engineering, digital and automation initiatives. Contribute to the development of the strategy, working model, governance, and review mechanisms of the DPX team.
  • Relevant academic background at Masters/Graduate level within Business or Finance with 10-15 years of experience working within a Finance organization.
  • General understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and Tax & Treasury process flows.
  • Understanding of Internal and Sarbox controls of finance processes.
  • Strong analytical and data insights skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior leadership teams.
  • Lean mindset and experience in transformation, continuous improvement, and digital/automation initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including change management. Ability to operate on a strategic, tactical, and operational level.
  • Strong skills in service culture and delivery, process standardization, and optimization.

The Global Finance GBS Bangalore team was established in 2007 and is responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bangalore. Located in Bangalore, India, our department is focused on providing superior service to our stakeholders and adding value to processes through standardization and efficiency.
