Experience : 4 to 8Yrs Location Mumbai Job Description: Job Role: Product M anager: Responsibilities: Product Management Support designing of the customer value proposition for the credit card products Work with Client’s alliances and other support teams to identify partners for sourcing product benefits Liaison with Client’s marketing team for finalizing card designs and marketing collaterals pertaining to product launch Work closely with the Client’s operations, technology, and support channels to design processes to deliver the desired product promise to the customer Leverage best practices to build product note and collaterals to support the Client’s sales team in driving acquisition across channels Client Management: Manages projects owning all client deliverables and all client discussions in the project Navigating more complex team dynamics Independent in leading an engagement, seeks guidance as needed, however, ensures s/he owns the engagement.
