Software Presales Executive (WFH)

Job Summary (WFH)
This job involves handling sales coordination and presales activities for a CRM/ERP software. You will need to communicate and followup the sales leads.

You will need to handle customer queries on email, phone as well as on remote desktop sessions. You will be presenting software demo using remote desktop tools.

You will be provided a detailed training on the product.

Responsibilities and Duties

Handling inbound sales requests through email / phone.
Outbound calls to generate quality leads
Leads follow ups
Presenting product details, promote sales
Present Product Demo online through remote desktop

Qualifications and Skills

Any Fresh graduate with basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills in English & Hindi language, both written and verbal
Strong customer support attitude, Deliver quality customer service and prompt responses
Tech savvy – Computer, Internet applications and software
Basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
