Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
