– Job Title: Personal Assistant – Job Location: Noida – Responsibilities include being the point of contact between manager and clients, handling phone calls and correspondence, managing schedule and appointments, making travel arrangements, taking dictation and minutes, sourcing office supplies, producing reports and presentations, and maintaining office filing system. – Required skills and qualifications include proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, knowledge of office management systems and procedures, proficiency in MS Office and English, excellent organizational and time management skills, familiarity with latest office gadgets and applications, ability to multitask and prioritize, excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion and confidentiality. – Educational Requirements: High School degree.
