Job Title: WordPress Developer
Location: Dehradun
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins according to project specifications.
Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs.
Optimize WordPress sites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with WordPress sites, plugins, and themes.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and digital marketing.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress sites, including updates, backups, and security enhancements.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines and expectations are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with WordPress theme development and customization.
Knowledge of WordPress APIs, hooks, and best practices.
Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Yoast SEO).
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
